Sessions will involve presentations from global health experts on topics including global health systems, global health governance, communicable and non-communicable diseases and social determinants of health. Participants will analyze a variety of health priorities across different populations and cultural settings through case studies and discussion.

Dalhousie University Continuing Professional Development designates our Certificate in Global Health course for up to 24.0 credit hours for MAINPRO-M1 of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and as an accredited group learning Section 1 activity as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
