Want to learn more about the work done by Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders?? 

Want to hear some amazing experiences from health professionals who have worked with MSF??

Want the chance to ask questions about their humanitarian work in contexts like Ebola and the current migrant crisis?

Joining us will be a doctor and a nurse with combined experiences working with MSF acround the world:

Jolene Cook is the co-Director of MSF Atlantic and an emergency room physician in Halifax. She has worked with MSF in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Prior to joining MSF, she worked for the Canadian Forces.

Ashley Sharpe is a full-time nurse at the Halifax Refugee Clinic. She has completed 3 missions with MSF, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Central Africa Republic, and most recently in Sierra Leone as part of the Ebola response team.
