Better care for our community
Studies have shown that the arts and humanities can make a positive difference on the ability to cope with and recover from illness and injury.
Our Artist-in-Residence program, which is funded by the Robert Pope Foundation, collaborates with us to promote artistic ventures within a clinical setting. Previous projects have included murals and pottery, all created by patients, families and staff.
As a medical student, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll in humanities-based electives with clinical components.
