This Education Forum discussion brings together the perspectives of two renowned experts on the topics Africentric Perspectives on Inclusive Education; Dr. Ambumulire Phiri and Dr. Morgan Chitiyo.
Dr. Phiri will share her research and programming experience with respect to culturally responsive approaches to inclusive education in Malawi and the impacts of teacher preparation for learners with diverse learning needs in inclusive classrooms. Dr. Chitiyo will share his insights on Special and Inclusive Education relating to_ the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs for children in African contexts and the USA who display challenging behavior in both school and non-school settings.
