Event time: 12 to 4 p.m.

The deadline to register is Friday, June 9, 2023 at 4 p.m.
Please note:
- All attendees are required to sign a Hatfield Farm waiver. Anyone 18 years and younger must have this waiver signed by their parent/guardian dated for the day of the event. The waiver can be signed at the event site, or printed and signed and brought with you the day of the event. The waiver is available on Hatfield Farm’s website at: https://hatfieldfarm.ca/
- You are responsible for any children you bring with you throughout the event.
- Arrive at the farm by 11:30 a.m. to enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride to Fort Clayton on the farm, where the activities are located – about 1 km from the Hatfield Farm main office. A shuttle will be provided from the Hatfield Farm main office to Fort Clayton for attendees arriving after 11:30 a.m.
- On-site parking is available for attendees.
