Confidential services for Dalhousie medical graduates

The UGME office is responsible for the training records of all Dalhousie medical graduates. We provide confidential MSPR’s directly to credentialing and licensing bodies.

We cannot accommodate urgent or verbal requests.
All MSPR requests must include the following three items:
1.    MSPR  Fee
2.    Written Request
3.    Signed Release/Authorization by the graduate

University Transcripts & M.D. translations should be directed to the Registrar’s Office.
