Dr. J. Radic is a pediatric and general neurosurgeon excited to be returning to Nova Scotia after ten years away. She completed her neurosurgery residency at Dalhousie University after finishing medical school at Queen’s University, and she also completed a Masters of Public Health at Harvard School of Public Health. She subsequently completed her pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, and then worked as a staff pediatric and general neurosurgeon in Saskatoon for close to eight years. In that time, she worked with a multidisciplinary team to lead the transition of pediatric neurosurgery services to the new pediatric hospital for the province of Saskatchewan. She has clinical and academic interests in neurooncology, tethered cord, epilepsy and quality improvement.
