Dr Andy Simpson is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon returning to his home province of Nova Scotia after working in Ontario for 5 years. After completing medical school and residency training at Dalhousie, he completed a research fellowship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and advanced limb reconstructive surgery in the United Kingdom. Upon return to Canada, Dr Simpson worked at the University of Western Ontario (London) for 5 years, specializing in lower limb reconstruction, skin cancer and craniofacial trauma reconstruction. He is  the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery here in Halifax focusing on craniofacial trauma, lower limb reconstruction and facial surgery.
