Leaders in care for expectant mothers
The Division of Obstetrics is committed to the care of expectant mothers from across the Maritime provinces. Our doctors are steadfast in their commitment to excellence in clinical care, continuing professional development, teaching and research in all aspects of women’s health. We are involved in patient safety initiatives, the implementation of clinical guidelines and the development of clinical pathways.
We support inter-professional education and provide learning opportunities for Dalhousie Medical School’s Continuing Medical Education programs. Our division’s members also provide leadership on a national and international level through professional societies and organizations.
We look forward to building on our strengths and contributing to the educational and research advances in women’s health nationally and internationally.
