Research interests

Dr. Schmidt’s research interests revolve around early and accurate diagnosis of neurological illnesses through innovative imaging approaches. Dr. Schmidt also collaborates with bioethical and legal scholars to explore the ethical dimensions of neuroimaging research, with a focus on participant safety.
