Join the UNB International Law Society and the Red Cross as they host their annual international humanitarian law (IHL) conference. This year's conference title is Playing By The Rules: State & Non-State Actors and Compliance With IHL. The conference is FREE and we will be serving a light lunch & snacks throughout the afternoon. Lunch will be from 12 - 12:30 and the conference will begin at 12:30. The amazing line of speakers is as follows: Jonathan Somer (Persona Grata Consulting), Andrew Carswell (International Committee of the Red Cross in Washington), Robert Petit (Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Section, Justice Canada), and Catherine Gribbin (Canadian Red Cross).
