On May 30, we gathered to honour their achievements and bright futures. Each graduate’s story is one of perseverance and purpose, a testament to their passion for medicine and commitment to making a difference.

On May 29, 2025, members of the Faculty of Medicine came together to celebrate the outstanding contributions of staff and those in senior academic leadership roles.

Each year, Dalhousie’s Golden Eagle Lifetime Achievement Award and Aurum Awards celebrate outstanding alumni who are making contributions to the betterment of society. They are awarded annually during Dal Alumni Days. We are proud to introduce you to this year’s five recipients.
