Brightspace Access & Required E‑Modules
Welcome to Residency – Brightspace Access & Required E-Modules
As part of your postgraduate training, you are enrolled in several Brightspace classrooms that provide essential orientation materials, e-learning modules, and professional development resources. PGME has a centralized curriculum for all residents supplemental to your program curriculum. Speak with your PD or PA to ask if there are specific module they want completed during the year.
Brightspace Classrooms Now Available:
- Medicine - PGME - Orientation 2025 (All Residents) – Your starting point. Includes general orientation materials, professionalism and wellness resources, key contacts, and policy overviews.
- Medicine - CanMEDs RC 2025-2026 – For Royal College residents: core CanMEDS-based modules and assessments.
- Medicine - CanMEDs FM 2025-2026 – For Family Medicine residents: program-specific CanMEDS content.
- Medicine - CMG/IMG Orientation – Unified space for Canadian and International Medical Graduates with foundational resources and support content.
