Biography

Dr. Ross Davidson is an associate professor of pathology, medicine and microbiology & immunology. He is the director of Bacteriology in the Division of Microbiology at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre, Nova Scotia Health.

Dr. Davidson’s interests focus on the molecular mechanisms of action and resistance in antibiotics used in the management of infectious diseases and the epidemiology of antimicrobial resistant pathogens. He also has an interest in new and rapid diagnostic modalities in the clinical laboratory.
