Dr. Thomas Arnason is a practicing Diagnostic and Molecular Pathologist (Anatomical Pathologist) at the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax, NS with subspecialty interest in pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, and liver.

Dr. Arnason is the Chair of the Pathology Department’s Education and Undergraduate Education Committees. He serves as the Dalhousie Medical School Pathology longitudinal theme head. He supervises research projects for medical students and pathology residents, and collaborates on some MSc and PhD student projects.
