Dr. Sharon Clarke is the Section Head for Abdominal Imaging. She completed the combined MD/PhD program at the University of Western Ontario, obtaining her PhD in Medical Biophysics in 2004 and her MD in 2005. She attended Dalhousie University for her residency in Diagnostic Radiology, and then completed a one-year fellowship at Stanford University in Body MRI. Dr. Clarke is now an assistant professor in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Dalhousie University. As a clinician-scientist, she works closely with the BIOTIC team. Her research interests include the translation of novel MR pulse sequences to clinical practice.
