Dr. Ryan Smith is a proud Maritimer originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick where he studied biology at the University of New Brunswick. After heading to Newfoundland to earn his MD at Memorial University, he was very excited to move to Halifax to continue training a little closer to many family members and friends. Dr. Smith is a massive sports fan (especially of NFL football, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and golf) and enjoys activities such as board games, escape rooms, and crossword puzzles.
