• apply through the Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS). 

International students

• You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
• "Permanant resident" is defined as a Canadian immigrant who has permanent residence status in Canada, but is not yet a Canadian citizen.
