Leadership
Leadership is provided by the Dalhousie Department Head, who also serves as the Head of the Nova Scotia Health (NSH) Central Zone, and is assisted by an Associate Head. Complementary leadership is provided by the IWK Pediatric and W&O Anesthesia Department Chiefs. Administrative leadership is provided by the Chief Operating Officer.
