Biography
Dr. Gosia Phillips is a neurologist specializing in sleep medicine and is an assistant professor of medicine at Dalhousie Universty. She obtained her MD at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, subsequent to a neuroscience degree at Dalhousie. She did postgraduate training at Columbia University and the University of Massachusetts specializing in neurology and completed a fellowship in sleep medicine at Harvard University. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, certified in neurology and sleep medicine.
Research interests
Dr. Phillips’ research focuses on REM behaviour disorder. She is a co-investigator in a CIHR study on preclinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
