Accreditation without certification

The PGME office offers two special programs that are available to Dalhousie residents: the Clinical Investigator Program (CIP) and palliative medicine.

Clinical Investigator Program

The CIP is accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and takes two or more years to complete. To be accepted, you must currently be enrolled in one of Dalhousie's specialty or subspecialty training programs.
