Faculty Development is pleased to announce Dr. Searle has been chosen as the recipient of the Faculty Development Leadership Award 2023.

Dr. Searle has demonstrated exceptional leadership both in her role as the Moncton Faculty Development Coordinator and as the DMNB Faculty Development Director. In these positions, she has explored the needs of the community of physicians she serves and has organized and provided substantively teaching to support her colleagues in their teaching.  Most exceptional has been her hours of dedication to creating a new online Certificate of Clinical Teaching course to support all teaching at Dalhousie.
