Education

An exceptional environment for learning and training

As a medical student or resident, you can expect exceptional learning opportunities from the Division of Digestive Care and Endoscopy, thanks to our division’s collaborative model of care and research-intensive environment.

Our role at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, a referral base covering Atlantic Canada, offers you exposure to a high volume and breadth of pathology. Our division’s close collaboration with colorectal, GI oncology, surgical and hepatology groups prepares you for practice in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Furthermore, our high staff-to-learner ratio ensures an exceptional level of support and mentorship.
