All division members dedicate a portion of their time to research, contributing to the division’s status as a world leader in clinical trials. This level of commitment has also made it possible to develop a strong infrastructure for handling and processing referrals.

Our researchers are leaders in fields like:

• liver failure and transplantation

They lead major studies that target quality improvement and outcomes related to gastrointestinal and liver diseases, and routinely present their findings in peer-reviewed journals and at international and national conferences.
