Complaint Process Map

Once a disclosure of a learning environment concern is received by the Office of Professional Affairs, complaints are reviewed using the Complaint Process Map [PDF-70 KB]. The process map has been developed by the Dalhousie Faculty of Medicine Office of Professional Affairs Advisory Committee.
