An Important Call for Atlantic Collaboration

With representation from each Atlantic province, influential thought leaders will come together to discuss the impact that Atlantic collaboration has on meeting the health care needs of Eastern Canada's demographic.

This year's HealthAchieve East will close with a Call to Action: Atlantic Collaboration, a session that will explore how Atlantic provinces can leverage each other's services to achieve a high-performing health care system that improves chronic disease management. It will also explore where we may be falling short and how we can do things differently.
