LUNGNSPEI

The Lung Association of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island provides education, advocacy, and support for people living with lung disease, including those preparing for or recovering from lung transplantation.

Financial Assistance

Financial support may be available to help with eligible travel and other transplant-related expenses.

Out-of-Province Travel Assistance

Eligible Nova Scotia residents who must travel outside the province for medically necessary care may qualify for financial assistance through the Province of Nova Scotia.

LUNGNSPEI Financial Support

The Lung Association of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island (LUNGNSPEI) offers a one-time bursary of up to $1,500 to help eligible patients with expenses related to lung transplantation that may not be covered through other funding programs.
