Pediatric Urology Research

Helping children with urological issues

In conjunction with the IWK Health Centre, the Department of Urology is very active in pediatric urological research. As the regional tertiary care centre for children, the IWK not only provides a concentrated pediatric patient population, but also offers a supportive research culture. One of our faculty members, Dr. Rodrigo Romao has a MSc in Clinical Epidemiology, and Dr. Peter Anderson has a MEd in medical education, and all three are enthusiastically supportive of student participation in research activities.

Please refer to our individual list of publications to see examples of recent successful projects.
