2026 Research Day Award Recipients

Congratulations to Kaveh Masoumi-Ravandi, a medical resident at Dalhousie University, who received the S.A. Awad Resident Research Award for his presentation, "The long game: Treatment patterns and outcomes in octogenarians with high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer".

We would also like to congratulate Marley Blommers, a medical student at Dalhousie University, who received a Doctors Nova Scotia Award for her presentation, "Evaluating clinical outcomes post-orchidopexy for pediatric patients with cryptorchidism: a quality improvement study".

And congratulations to Andrea Jacob, a medical student at Dalhousie University who received a Doctors Nova Scotia Award for her presentation, "Evaluating for low bone mineral density following radical cystectomy and intestinal urinary diversion in patients with bladder cancer".
