This certificate program is open to all students in the Faculties of Medicine, the Health Professions and Dentistry. With leadership and guidance from the Global Health Office, students will fulfill self-directed program modules over up to two years in the areas of:

• Knowledge
• Professional Development
• Public Engagement

Participants will attend “Skill Building Sessions”; workshops that focus on contextualizing global health education and learning. Students will develop a deep understanding of health inequity, as well as the political, cultural, economic and social factors that contribute to poor health.
