Healthcare Systems Change – What? So What? Now What?

What? – Healthcare systems are a type of complex adaptive system, and the challenges we face are wicked. What does that even mean?

So What? – Understanding how complex adaptive systems work (and don’t work) allows us to understand where the leverage points are for positive change (and allows us to avoid the common system archetypes/pathologies that have lead to where we are now).

Now What? Theory is one thing, but the map is not the territory? What are some practical ways that we can adapt and evolve in these turbulent times?
