Join the Halifax Refugee Clinic (HRC) on World Refugee Day for performances of poetry by El Jones and clients of the HRC. El's poem will be accompanied by a video of illustrated narration. Local illustrators Rachel Derrah and Emma Fitzgerald, along with Documentary Filmmaker Fateh Ahmed, will also be on hand to talk about their work with the HRC's Fleeing Home: Poetry on Persecution project -- generously funded by Arts NS!

This event is free and all are welcome. Refreshments provided.
