Thank you for your interest in the Dalhousie ophthalmology undergraduate program. We offer a variety of research, observership, and elective experiences with our faculty. We are also involved in the undergraduate medical core curriculum through lectures, workshops and clinical skills sessions.

The Nova Scotia Eye Care Centre is the tertiary eye care centre for the Maritimes and our learners are exposed to a variety of patient pathologies and sub specialities within ophthalmology.

Please take some time to explore the undergraduate portion of our site and do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

Best wishes,
Rishi Gupta, MD, FRCSC
Undergraduate  Director
