The Department of Pathology is pleased to inform that Dr. Manal Elnenaei has been selected as a winner of the Instant Sustainability Award.

Dr. Elnenaei is being recognized for her longstanding leadership in laboratory stewardship and reducing unnecessary testing across the healthcare system. Through her work on provincial lab utilization initiatives and obtaining adoption of the OR Exemption List, she has helped reduce resource use, environmental impacts, and redirect approximately $1M toward patient care priorities.
