Jen is the primary point of contact and direct supervisor for the department’s administrative support staff. Jen is also responsible for the coordination and oversight of the daily functions of the department, including research and education activities. She acts as an important liaison between the department and Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia Health (NSH), and IWK Health, cross referencing and ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures of all the institutions. She provides professional advice and direction to senior management in the development of processes and assists in their successful implementation.
