Michelle is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Dalhousie and  IWK. She oversees the support services provided to teaching, the outpatient clinic, and research activities. She manages the human resource issues related to the Child and Adolescent Division and coordinates recruitment activity of physicians specific to the Child and Adolescent Division. She also manages the financial accounts of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Dal and IWK), the Sun Life Financial Chair, and research accounts.
