Neha oversees the administration & management of departmental physician resource processes, including physician recruitment and orientation process, credentialing for all psychiatrists in Nova Scotia Health's Central Zone, faculty academic appointments, faculty promotion, tenure & reappointments process, and Individual Practice Profile (physician annual performance measurement) process. Neha provides professional advice and direction to senior management in the development of all human resource processes and manages their implementation. Additionally, Neha also participates in faculty resource planning and is a member of the departmental Human Resource Committee.
