In this interactive session, attendees will consider two opposing views on the Canadian healthcare system. The objective is to develop strategies that enable us as students to communicate both the successes and pitfalls of Canadian Medicare. In discussing some of these pitfalls, we hope to come up with solutions that still uphold the values of the Canada Health Act, while considering the various parties implicated in its effectuation.
