Dr. Gary Bloch, family physician with St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto is an advocate, educator, innovator and researcher on issues related to poverty and health, and on health provider-based interventions into poverty as a health issue.

This academic lecture is on the topic of “Treating Social Disease: A Practical Guide to Front Line Medical Interventions into Poverty”.

January 15, 2014 @ 5:00-6:00pm

In this public lecture, Dr. Bloch will present on the topic of “Activism, Action, Advocacy: How Your Doctor Might Help End Poverty”
