The incumbent will be required to travel to multiple home locations across the zone (East and North Preston, North Dartmouth and Hammonds Plains)

Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of nursing care to patients and families in the community in partnership with community physicians. The position is an integral part of the innovative model of primary health care. In carrying out nursing duties in a Health Centre, the Registered Nurse must have knowledge, skills and professional judgment as it relates to the concepts of health education, health promotion, disease prevention and coordination of care.
