Theme: Ballast and Buoyancy: Successfully Sailing Through Your Medical Career
The focus for this conference is on wellness/resilience in medicine and will be held in conjunction with the Student Wellness Week in March 2017. Students, residents, physicians/faculty, and staff are invited to come and participate in an interactive conference that will help us address important questions such as: What are the challenges and stressors learners face during their medical training and what is their impact? What can students, residents, and faculty do to change the culture of medicine to support and nurture health and wellness?
