Join us for an evening of education & understanding as we mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination with several speakers who work in our community to build bridges, equity, and social harmony.
Speakers include:
- Quentrel Provo, Founder, "Stop the Violence"
- Rana Zaman, a social activist who will speak on Islamaphobia
- Dr. Ingrid Waldron, Associate Professor, Faculty of Health Professions, Dalhousie, who will present on systemic racism and how it permeates our institutions.
All are welcome. The Woodlawn Church is fully accessible.
