If you are of First Nations, Metis, and/or Inuit heritage, and have lived with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or psychological distress, and have lived in the Halifax Regional Municipality for 1+ years and are 19+....they want to hear from you!
The Indigenous Wellness Lab is looking for participants to complete a survey (25-45 minutes) asking about your experiences living with depression, anxiety, and/or high levels of distress, as well as your experiences in managing these symptoms.
