Dr. Rania Alahmer is a reproductive health and gender-based violence professional with more than 16 years’ experience as an obstetrician/gynaecologist and public health professional.Dr. Alahmer will share her experiences working in conflict zones such as Darfur, Libya and most recently, Syria, where she served as a gender-based violence specialist with the United Nations Population Fund.
