Featuring Dr. Ornella Nzindukiyimana, Professor of Human Kinetics, St. FX University.
Earning a PhD in Kinesiology, Dr. Nzindukiyimana has focused her research primarily on the experiences of racialized peoples in sports in a historical context, with specific focus on Black Canadians, with her most recent publication in the field on John ‘Army’ Armstrong Howard, Canada’s First Black Olympian.
