Research Interests

Dr. McNeil’s research interests involve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She has taken part in the Canadian Consensus Guidelines and has written about communication, behaviours that challenge in this population. Her present research is on the barriers and facilitators for the periodic health check in the IDD population.
