Title: Environmental Health Risk Factors: The risk of disease and injury in the built and natural environments and the role of government in protecting health
Environmental health hazards and risks are factors outside of the human body that can affect a person’s well being. The discipline of environmental health focuses on mitigating physical, biological and chemical hazards present in the environments where we live, work and play that have the potential to cause negative health consequences.
