Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

The Doctor's Bag for Addressing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Medical Education

The Doctor's Bag for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion provides a selection of readings and other resources for faculty who provide clinical supervision to medical learners. Developed by a working group with representation from the offices of Serving and Engaging Society, Faculty Development and Global Health as well as clinician educators, this site was created in order to provide an introduction to topics such as microaggressions, privilege, and implicit bias.

Each of these brief resources serve as a starting point. As you take time to review and reflect on their meaning to you, we hope that you will be inspired to seek out further information.

Additional resources on these and related topics can be found on the Serving and Engaging Society website.
