Research interests

Professor Croll has wide ranging interests in comparative neurobiology. Early and continuing work has examined the form, function and evolution of molluscan nervous systems. More recently, work has expanded to using zebrafish to examine the organization and development of chemosensory systems and autonomic control of the heart and swimbladder.
